With us you’ll find bamboo and merino wool socks that breathe efficiently, wick moisture away from your feet, and naturally prevent odors. The result is a fresh, dry, and comfortable feeling all day long.

Bamboo viscose and merino wool also offer excellent temperature-regulating properties: in the cold, they trap your body’s warmth in tiny air pockets, and in the heat, they draw moisture away and let air circulate. That way, your feet stay comfortably at the right temperature in every situation.

Hukkasukka socks are designed to fit snugly around your feet without squeezing or slipping under the heel. Their soft touch feels like a gentle hug for your feet.

The toe seam is made flat so it won’t bother you. No blisters, no irritation.

Hukkasukka socks are built to last – especially the reinforced terry models, which have served us for years without wearing out. For the best durability, choose a size that gives your feet enough room. If you’re between two sizes, we recommend going bigger – especially if socks tend to wear out quickly for you.

Merino wool:

40% merino wool
40% polypropylene
17% polyamide
3% elastane

The socks correspond to the correct shoe size. If in doubt, choose a larger size.

The socks are quite snug and you can also try to shrink them in a controlled manner if they are too big.

It is recommended to wash used socks at 40 degrees.

We do not recommend using a dryer, especially for merino wool. In general, our socks have survived the dryer well, but we do not recommend it in order to prolong the life of the sock as much as possible.

After washing, it is a good idea to stretch the sock to its original length.

Our socks are made in Latvia - in the European Union - under good working conditions. The yarn comes from European yarn factories.

The ecological quality of socks is greatly influenced by their lifespan. Our terry-soled models, thanks to their reinforced sole, last very well for most users. The thinner models have also held up very well to use.

Bamboo viscose is a viscose material processed from the bamboo plant. It is an ecological alternative compared to, for example, cotton. The bamboo plant, among other things, requires little water, grows quickly and prevents landslides. The bamboo used for clothing is cultivated industrially so that we don't take bamboo that is eaten by animals.

Merino wool is an ecological alternative to most sock materials. The wool is gently harvested from merino sheep - the material is therefore renewable.
