Shipping policy

Value added tax is included in the prices on orders inside European Union. The prices do not include value added tax for orders outside European Union. For orders outside of the European Union the customer is expected to take care of and pay the possible tax and customs costs required in their local country.

Ordering and Agreement

You can order products on our online store website by transferring them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to read and agree to our current delivery terms. You understand that your order, which you accept and confirm, except as expressly stated below for your right of cancellation, is binding and creates an agreement between us with these Terms of Delivery.

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please enter your email address when you place your order. The order confirmation will also confirm the payment method used.

If for any unexpected reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

For international delivery we use Finnish Posti which will deliver the parcel conveniently at the nearest service point, and in many countries it is transported to the recipient’s address.

Delivery time

In Europe we aim to 4-8 working days delivery time. Outside Europe the delivery time can vary between 6 and 14 working days. However, delivery times may vary for reasons beyond our control, such as slow service. We therefore reserve the right to a longer delivery time and are not responsible if the delay in delivery is due to a cause other than Hukkasukka Oy's operations.
